Litegreen are the energy assessors appointed by Housing Plus Group to undertake your home energy assessment.


The aim of our visit is to look at the structures in your home, build a floor plan & see if your house could benefit from energy efficiency measures & upgrades in the future.

What will our Retrofit Assessors be doing?

Our assessment is the first step to see what your property has and what it could possibly benefit from in the future.


It is purely a visual survey and you will not need to move, or change anything. We will work around you.


Depending on what we see we may need to drill a small hole on the outside of the property to check what type of insulation (if any) is in the walls.


Assessments consist of three key reports that create an overview of the whole property, it's current energy usage and its potential.


It also picks up on possible issues such as damp & poor ventilation for these to be considered in the future. 


The data collected from these sources is used by a Retrofit Coordinator to formulate a Medium-Term Improvement Plan.


Assessments can take between 2 and 4 hours depending on individual homes.
